Here’s one from the “Wow, that’s an old game!” file. Atari’s QWAK! arcade cabinet launched in November of 1974 and the above ad appeared in Cash Box magazine in the December 7, 1974 issue.
According to Wikipedia (quoting video game legend Ralph Baer), QWAK! was not a great success and only sold around 250 units. Nintendo’s more well known game, Duck Hunt, was almost certainly based on this one.
Seasons Greetings! The next few batches of seventies commercials will be Christmas-flavored. I wish I had some Hanukkah spots to throw in as well, but I just haven’t come across any yet in the years I’ve been collecting these.

Following that, it’s a classic Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup spot with two great tastes colliding. Lastly, we have Lou Brock for Milk Duds, and Ron Carey for Tang. Have a scrumptious weekend.
