Let us spend a few not-so-quiet moments in the year 1978. We’ll start off with a bowl of C.W. Post cereal (Music Man-style with Johnny Haymer), then move on to Oldsmobile Diesel V8s, the Hamilton Beach Blender Plus, and P.V.M. diet powder (with Dick Van Patten). Hi, all. Continuing with the getting back-on-track – here’s another lot of vintage commercials for you. I’m scrolling back to the start of the decade with four spots from 1970 to ’71.

In pole position, a classic Volkswagen Beetle commercial you may have seen on “Best Of Commercials” type shows. After that one, there’s good spots for Snowy Bleach, Hefty Scrap Bags (with Jonathan Winters as a tomato), and Maxwell House coffee. I hope ya enjoy.

Greetings! You know what time it is? It’s time to travel into the recesses of our minds and dust off some long-forgotten Seventies advertisements. This batch of commercials appeared on TV screens in 1976.

We’ll start off with Pillsbury’s Squoze drink mix and follow that up with spots for Doritos (with Avery Schreiber and David Lander), Arby’s, and Fruit of the Loom (with F. Murray Abraham and Samuel E. Wright). Dive in.
