UK pop band, Hot Chocolate released “You Sexy Thing” as a single in October of 1975. The tune was kept out of the #1 spot in Britain by Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody.” In February of 1976, the disco-flavored song hit a high of #3 on the Billboard US “Hot 100.”

Here’s lead singer/songwriter, Errol Brown and the band performing live on The Midnight Special in 1976. Feel free to dance along, you sexy things!
