Music For Monday: Hot Chocolate, ‘Every 1’s A Winner’ (1978)

Hot Chocolate’s “Every 1’s Winner” originally released in the spring of 1978, appearing on the LP of the same name. The song was written by the group’s frontman Erroll Brown and hit #6 on the US Hot 100 and #12 in the UK.

You’ve gotta love the smokin’ hot riff and sultry groove on this one. I certainly have since it first hit the airwaves. Let’s spin it.
