Here’s an iconic ad I’m happy to finally have on the ol’ YouTube channel. “Mean” Joe Greene for Coca-Cola. The spot aired in October of 1979, became an advertising classic and one of the best-known spots of the Seventies.

After that, a Pepsi spot, also from October ’79, featuring a family at Disneyland (or possibly Disney World). This one isn’t well-remembered, but is a fun one nonetheless. Happy Friday!
