Wilt ‘Shorty’ Chamberlain for Miller Lite, 1976

Two December 1976 spots now for Lite Beer from Miller. In the first, we find basketball great, Wilt Chamberlain and another very tall human being. My first thought was, “Oh, it’s Richard Kiel,” but I’m not so sure. Was there another very tall actor with a deep voice in the 70s? The little voice in the back of my head says “yes.”
*Update: “John” on YouTube spotted actor, Ted Cassidy as playing the barman. I am mildly ashamed. I should have known.
In the second commercial, Kentucky Derby-winning horse trainer, LeRoy Jolley brings the whinnies and chuckles.
