On this Sunday afternoon, we’re screening two vintage commercials from 1976. First up, a memorable spot for Fireman’s Fund Insurance starring their spokesperson in a fireman’s hat. The ad aired in September ’76.

After that, a spot for NBC college basketball coverage featuring a game between Notre Dame and UCLA. The clip aired in January of ’76.
