Geez, she’s really into cotton… (Cotton Incorporated commercial, 1975)

“When you’re looking for comfort, look for the sign of cotton.”

Here’s two commercials espousing the virtues of cotton fabrics from the cotton industry. These were part of a long-running series of ads.

First, a spot featuring a female spokesperson showing off towels, sheets and a fancy, baby blue jeans combo. After that, one featuring a look at men’s fashion for work and weekends. Both spots aired in January of 1975 and were produced in 1974.
