The Perils of Penelope Pitstop, a spin-off of Hanna-Barbera’s Wacky Races cartoon, originally ran from September, 1969 to January of 1970. Just qualifying for 1970s pop culture. The show ran in reruns in the 1970s as well, so I’m laying it on you free of any 60s-era guilt, man.
