On this fine, sunny Saturday, I’ve got a pair of STP Oil Treatment commercials ready to pour. First up, a spot from October, 1971 featuring some early 70s race cars. After that, a spot from February, 1976.

You can compare STP advertising over a 5-year gap with these. The can certainly didn’t change much in that time frame. Pretty slick.
