Ringo Starr released “Drowning in the Sea of Love” in October of 1977 and it failed to set the charts alight. The L.P. carrying the single, Ringo the 4th, was also unsuccessful.
This may not be the best song you hear today but it’s a disco-singing Beatle in a rarely-seen video. That alone is worth the price of admission. I’ll also note here that I own a vinyl copy of Ringo the 4th and used to attend Beatlefest conventions in the late 70s and early 80s where videos like this were shown – and I don’t believe I’ve ever seen this promo before. Or it’s been 37 years and my mind has deleted the memory. Have at it!

Don’t remember it either. We used to go the New York area Beatlefests back then, too! We’d drive up from Baltimore. Fun times!
I think maybe Beatlefest was out of New York? I used to attend in L.A. at the Bonaventure hotel.
