Musician JJ Cale passed away on July 26th at the age of 74. In tribute, we have Lynyrd Skynyrd covering a classic Cale song.

Here’s Skynyrd live in ’75 on the UK’s Old Grey Whistle Test performing “I Got The Same Old Blues” (which later appeared on Skynyrd’s ’76 L.P., Gimme Back My Bullets.) The band also recorded Cale’s “Call Me The Breeze” in 1974.
